1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using On Time Power services at ontimepower.com or any associated applications,
you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy,
and all applicable laws and regulations.
These terms apply to our Smart EV scooty solutions for eco-friendly, efficient, and modern rides
and complete solar services including installation, cleaning, and maintenance for sustainable energy.
2. Smart EV Scooty Services
- Age Requirement: Minimum 18 years. Valid government ID and driving license required.
- Rental Terms: Hourly/daily bookings. Security deposit required (fully refundable).
- Usage Rules: No reckless driving, overloading, or off-road usage. Helmets mandatory.
- Damage Liability: Customer responsible for damages beyond normal wear & tear.
- Cancellation: 2 hours before start time (full refund). Late cancellation: 50% charge.
3. Solar Services
- Installation Warranty: 10 years structural, 25 years performance guarantee.
- Cleaning Schedule: Quarterly cleaning included in annual maintenance contract.
- Payment Terms: 30% advance, 40% pre-installation, 30% post-commissioning.
- Site Requirements: Unobstructed rooftop access, structural stability certificate.
- Performance Guarantee: Minimum 80% output in first 10 years, 75% in 25 years.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments via secure gateways (Razorpay, PayU, UPI)
- Prices exclude GST (18% applicable)
- No refunds after service commencement
- Security deposits refundable within 7 days post-service
- Late payments attract 2% monthly interest
5. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during booking/registration
- Maintain equipment in good condition during rental/service
- Follow all safety and local regulations
- Report issues within 24 hours of occurrence
- Permit site access for installations/maintenance
6. Limitation of Liability
On Time Power is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service.
We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure (natural disasters, government orders, etc.).
7. Termination
- Services may be terminated for violation of terms
- No refunds for terminated subscriptions/services
- 30 days notice required for contract cancellation
- Outstanding payments must be cleared before termination
8. Warranty & Support
- 24/7 emergency support available
- Response time: 2 hours (urban), 24 hours (rural)
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved
in the competent courts of India.
